The concession aims to construct and operate a dry dock facility in the East zone of the Marina del Cantábrico basin to provide services of lifting, transferring, launching and moving boats by means of travelift, mobile cranes or other equivalent mechanical means; use of ramps, dry docks, technical platforms and other infrastructure intended for the docking and dry stay of boats; and, in general, the provision of industrial services related to the maintenance, repair, conditioning and construction of boats, as defined in the Tender Documents.
