Full outsourcing of clients and servers (incl. specialist applications), operation of the entire IT system with 14 clients, incl. 7 printers in a typical municipal administration of the Canton of Graubünden with approximately 25 usual departmental applications. * Replacement of clients, monitors, notebooks (lease model); already existing leased printers will be replaced. (Lease model) * Hosting, licenses, maintenance, support, training and operation of industry-specific core software (EWK, Finance with general ledger and fixed asset accounting, Works, Creditors, Debtors, Fees, Payroll) and M365. Incl. BYOD access. * Overall responsibility for operation and system support (1st-3rd-Level), delivery, installation and turnkey commissioning of all components with data transfer from the current systems (W&W from Axians); end-user support of the specialist applications, 1st-3rd-Level. Migration of file and application servers to the data centre. * Network and telephony are not part of this tender.
