Poland – Medical equipments – Przetarg nieograniczony PN/68S/10/2026 na dostawę sprzętu medycznego dla Warszawskiego Szpitala Południowego sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment for Warszawski Szpital Południowy sp. z o.o. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 “Price and assortment form”. The subject of the contract includes Task No. 1 – Gynaecological chair. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 “Price and assortment form” as well as Annex No. 8 – “Technical parameters of the subject of the contract”. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the sale, delivery and installation of medical equipment in the rooms indicated by the Purchaser in Warszawski Szpital Południowy, placement and installation of the delivered devices in the places indicated by the Purchaser, commissioning of the equipment and, prior to technical acceptance (carried out by authorized persons), start-up, functional tests and performance tests of the devices. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the equipment is commissioned by the manufacturer's authorized service, if this is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of complete technical documentation, user instructions in Polish (in paper and/or electronic form) and warranty documents, as well as conducting on-the-job training for the staff indicated by the Purchaser in the scope of equipment operation and maintenance and providing warranty service in accordance with the requirements of the Purchaser.
