Spain – Repair and maintenance services – El objeto de la presente licitación, el establecimiento de un Sistema de Clasificación Propio (en adelante, SCP), para la homologación de proveedores de servicios diversos de mantenimiento para flota e instalaciones de la Empresa Malagueña de Transportes, S.A.M.

The subject of this tender is the establishment of an Own Classification System (hereinafter, OCS) for the approval of suppliers of various maintenance services for the fleet and facilities of Empresa Malagueña de Transportes, S.A.M. (hereinafter EMTSAM), in order to ensure the coverage of the needs that may arise in relation to the correct maintenance of the facilities, machinery and equipment, as well as any other service necessary for the development of the company's own activities. These needs will be met through the provision of services and supplies, in accordance with the terms set out in this tender and, where applicable, the particular technical specifications accompanying the tenders derived from this system. This tender will constitute a framework or point of reference for the awards derived from this system. Depending on their scope or complexity, the awards derived that are called for this purpose may require the preparation of specific tender documents that define with greater accuracy the particular administrative, technical and economic conditions of the supply with installation and/or service in question. The services and/or supplies to be tendered must cover the needs of EMTSAM, and may be grouped into different categories or groups, based on the service possibilities that the different suppliers may offer.
