This notice does not serve to initiate a procurement procedure, but to announce the conduct of a market survey in accordance with § 26 SektVO. The procedure does not yet constitute a formal procurement procedure. The market survey is being conducted on behalf of ViP Verkehrsbetrieb Potsdam GmbH (ViP) and is intended solely to prepare for a subsequent procurement procedure. ViP intends to award a concession as part of a possible, later, separately to be published, procurement procedure.
