The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive support services to the User Support Centre (CAU), which constitutes a single, indivisible functional unit from a technical and operational perspective, as it jointly integrates the processes of user support, incident management, technical coordination and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
