Netherlands – Building construction work – Verbouwing en uitbreiding IKC De Regenboog

The municipality of Ridderkerk has decided to undertake a renovation project for CBS De Regenboog and including childcare (total approx. 2,444 m2 BVO). The renovation will take place at the current location of CBS De Regenboog. The Contract concerns the realisation by the Contractors of the renovation and extension of IKC De Regenboog in Ridderkerk. The Contract includes the renovation of the existing building (approx. 1,515 m²) and the realisation of a new extension of approx. 1,014 m². The renovation and extension consist broadly of: • the demolition work of the low-rise buildings to be demolished; • the internal demolition work for the internal renovation of the existing construction; • the realisation of the extension; • the realisation of the internal renovation. The Contract is divided into two Lots.
