The Vantaa and Kerava Well-being Area invites applications to participate in the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of property maintenance services. This procurement procedure will establish a dynamic purchasing system, through which internal procurements will be carried out to obtain property maintenance services for the Client's owned or leased units in the Helsinki metropolitan area, taking into account the operational area of the Rescue Services: Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää and Nurmijärvi. The internal tenders of the dynamic purchasing system may concern individual property maintenance services to be procured for one or more properties, which may be comprehensive property maintenance services or individual services to be procured based on the needs of the procurement unit. The procurements may also be, for example, tenders that are temporally or geographically separated. According to a preliminary estimate, dozens of procurements will be carried out within the dynamic purchasing system over the coming years. The total value of the procurements during the validity of the DPS is approximately 6.4 million euros (excluding VAT). This is an estimate, and the client does not commit to any procurement amounts.
