The Contracting Authority will decide on the use of the above options by 31.12.2026. A more detailed description of the Properties and the procurement object is defined in the annexes to the tender.

The content of the assignment, including options, will be specified during the procurement process in negotiations, so that the final tender published after the negotiations will include the specified contents of the assignment and the procurement evaluation criteria.

PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE

The procurement procedure used is the negotiated procedure under Section 34 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts 1397/2016 (hereinafter "the Procurement Act"), as further described in the section "Additional information on the procurement or part of it" in the participation request. For clarity, it is stated that the purpose of the negotiated procedure is to negotiate the requirements, conditions, and definitions set out in the procurement documents. However, the procurement cannot fundamentally become anything other than what has been presented in this participation request and its annexes. For example, the terms of the procurement agreement and the minimum requirements of the procurement object can be negotiated in the negotiations. No compensation will be paid to candidates for participating in the procurement procedure or for drafting a tender.
