The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works within the project “Reconstruction of Spiš Castle, Romanesque Palace and Western Palaces”, the aim of which is the comprehensive restoration of selected objects of national cultural heritage in the area of Spiš Castle, while preserving the heritage value of the objects, improving the technical condition, safety, operational functionality and enhancing the quality of public access to the area. The contract includes the implementation of construction works on the following construction objects: SO 01 Romanesque Palace SO 01.S Romanesque Palace SO 01.1m Roof Membrane SO 01.EL1 Electrical Installation Floor 1.NP and 2.NP (2nd stage) SO 01.EL2 Lighting -material/specifications -including light sources SO 01.EL3 Annex 1-Distribution Boards-Specification SO 01.OZV Sound System SO 01.SK Structured Cabling SO 02 Western Palaces with Chapel SO 02.S Western Palaces with Chapel SO 02.EL1 Low-Voltage Electrical Installation - Change No. 5/2026 SO 02.EL2 Lighting -material/specifications -including light sources SO 02.EL3 Annex 1-Distribution Boards_Specification SO 02.OZV Sound System SO 02.SK Structured Cabling SO 05a Courtyard Surface Adjustments (reinforced surfaces, green areas, fortification) SO 11 Low-Voltage Distribution VRN Ancillary Budget Costs (VRN) – common for all four construction objects The subject of the contract is described in detail in the separate annexes of the tender documents.
