Welcome to submit tenders for the procurement of a framework agreement for experts in property valuation. The Swedish Mapping, Cadastral and Land Registration Authority (Lantmäteriet) carries out property valuations within the scope of land surveying services. The valuations form the basis for assessments and decisions in compensation matters and require special expertise in property valuation. The tasks typically involve assessing market value or other reductions in market value according to established valuation methods. Lantmäteriet has in-house expertise in property valuation but also has a recurring need for external expert competence. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure access to such competence during the framework agreement's term. In some cases, Lantmäteriet can also meet the need for property valuation through cooperation with other authorities. Such tasks are not covered by the framework agreement. Lantmäteriet also has a need for resources for the inventory of forest land. Lantmäteriet's procurement of services corresponding to the services covered by the procurement amounted to approximately 17 MSEK excluding VAT in 2025. The task is provided only as a guideline and involves no guarantee for future procurement volume. Lantmäteriet estimates that the need during the framework agreement's term will amount to approximately 65,000,000 SEK excluding VAT. The actual scope may be both less than and more than the estimated value. Lantmäteriet guarantees no specific volume, no specific number of tasks or any specific economic value. Volume indications: The maximum value of the framework agreement for its entire term amounts to 85,000,000 SEK excluding VAT. Once the maximum value has been reached, no further call-offs may be made from the framework agreement.
