Supply of food, in accordance with the provisions and descriptions of the terms of reference for each lot. The presented documentation includes the technical and financial requirements, the criteria necessary to ensure that potential tenderers are fully and correctly informed about the application of the procedure, as well as the preparation of tenders, according to the quantity provided in the terms of reference table and for each lot. The deadline by which operators can request clarifications or additional information regarding the documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will clearly respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
