France – Solar panel roof-covering work – MARCHE PUBLIC GLOBAL DE PERFORMANCE POUR LA CONCEPTION, LA REALISATION, L'EXPLOITATION ET LA MAINTENANCE DE CENTRALES PHOTOVOLTAÏQUES DANS LE CADRE D'OPERATIONS D'AUTOCONSOMMATION INDIVIDUELLE SUR DES INFRASTRUCTURES DU RÉSEAU DE TRANSPORT

This framework contract for performance-based services covers the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants as part of individual self-consumption operations on transport network infrastructures, including:

- Design of facilities (technical studies, administrative procedures, interfaces with MOE, System Integrator, MOA, operator)

- Supply and installation of photovoltaic equipment on roofs and canopies

- Supply and installation of structural supports for photovoltaic installations

- Supply and installation of HTA equipment and performance of connection works within a private HTA loop

- Operation and maintenance of facilities until the 15th anniversary of the commissioning of the last power plant

- Compliance with energy performance commitments measured and verified according to the IPMVP protocol

The contract will obligatorily include measurable and measured performance commitments set out in the contract documents. The contract will include a firm lot and several optional lots.
