Open-House procedure for the conclusion of a non-exclusive contract for the supply of insured persons with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or malignant neoplasm of the bronchi and/or the lung by means of an app. The primary task of the contractor is to enable each insured person participating in the supply contract to receive professional respiratory and exercise therapy by using the app. This includes supervision by state-recognised physiotherapists, so that the therapy adherence of the insured persons is actively promoted and ensured. The application must be designed to be suitable for the target group. Participation must be possible without temporal or spatial restrictions. Participation for the insured persons remains voluntary. As a prerequisite for remuneration, participation must be measurable or verifiable. The GWQ ServicePlus AG is a service company founded by company health insurance funds and represents over 70 shareholder and customer funds. The GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude a contract for the supply of insured persons with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or malignant neoplasm of the bronchi and/or the lung by means of an app, in accordance with § 140a SGB V, nationwide with all suppliers who meet the requirements for the contract. This involves ensuring a low-threshold, high-quality and efficient supply. Both client-based and web-based application software can be used. The contract is concluded in the name of the GWQ ServicePlus AG. The GWQ ServicePlus AG offers its shareholder and customer funds the opportunity to join the concluded contracts. The health insurance funds decide independently which contract they wish to join. Therefore, it cannot be predicted how many insured persons will actually use the app later. The GWQ ServicePlus AG handles the contract management and administration of the contract for the participating health insurance funds. If shareholder or customer funds join the contract, they declare this accession exclusively to the GWQ ServicePlus AG.
