The city of Goldberg is the school authority for Goldberg Primary School. The listed building has a significant backlog of maintenance and only partially meets today's school requirements. The school authority has committed to tackling the challenge of a comprehensive renovation. It is noted that the office involved in the previous planning will also participate in this tender. There is no advantage in knowledge, as the results of the planning will form the basis of this tender. The contracting authority reserves the right to award further services through a separate procurement process in accordance with national procurement law (20% contingency, see § 3 Abs. 9 VgV). The specialist planners will be tendered in a staggered open procedure. The appointment is expected to be made in stages: 1. LPH 1-4 2. LPH 5-7 3. LPH 8-9 The agreements will be discussed with the bidders during the negotiations. WARNING MINIMUM STANDARDS! 1. Minimum standard: On-site appointment = regularly 1x weekly, with the possibility of ensuring extraordinary on-site appointments 2. Minimum standard: The project team must consist of at least: project management, deputy, construction supervisor and another employee LIMITATION: If there are more than four suitable applicants, a limitation in accordance with § 51 VgV will be made. A limitation of the number of suitable applicants, in accordance with § 51 VgV, who are invited to submit an offer, to four applicants, will be made on the basis of the number of references. This concerns completed objects (LPH 8 completed) with the use type school and the special feature of the preservation of historic structures from the last 6 years. (If there are fewer or equal to 4 suitable applications, the limitation will be waived) The details of the requirements for the references within the limitation and the procedure in this regard can be found in the tender documents. The construction work will be carried out in a building that has been emptied.
