Bulgaria – Repair and maintenance services of surgical equipment – Извънгаранционно абонаментно техническо обслужване на роботизирана хирургична система Da Vinci X модел IS 4200

The subject of the present public procurement contract includes the provision of out-of-warranty subscription-based technical maintenance of the robotic surgical system “Da Vinci X” model IS 4200 (equipment/system). The activities under the subject of the contract include technical support, preventive maintenance, repairs (current and emergency), delivery of spare parts and specific consumables, referred to briefly as “spare parts”, in order to maintain and ensure the full functionality of the robotic system, as detailed in the technical specification, for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months.
