Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – A08.574.2025 RAW Raamovereenkomst Groenrenovaties Oegstgeest

The Municipality of Oegstgeest will be greening/renovating/refreshing various locations on a project basis in the coming years. The municipality wishes to contract one (1) supplier for the coming years, who, from a RAW Framework Agreement, will be responsible for the Green Renovation projects of the Municipality of Oegstgeest. Based on historical data and a forecast of the required green renovations in the coming years, the order value per year is estimated within a certain range. This range has been set between €1,000,000 and €1,750,000. The total estimated order value for the entire order, based on the maximum duration of the Framework Agreement of four (4) years, amounts to between €4,000,000 and €7,000,000. The contracting authority has set the maximum order value under the Framework Agreement at €7,500,000, excl. VAT for the full duration of the Framework Agreement (including any possible extensions).
