Poland – Construction work for buildings relating to health – Wykonanie robót budowlanych w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj dla zadania pn.: „Przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku „A9” Szpitala Wojewódzkiego im. Mikołaja Kopernika w Koszalinie”

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation (including the provision of author supervision during the task implementation phase), and then the execution of construction works, in the design and build formula, for the investment consisting of the reconstruction and expansion of building „A9” of the Wojewódzki Hospital im. Mikołaja Kopernika in Koszalin, including technical infrastructure, internal and external installations, and land development. 2. The task is carried out within the project entitled: „Ensuring equal access to rehabilitation services for children and adults and outpatient specialist care for children in the eastern part of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship”. The project is co-financed by the European Fund for Western Pomerania 2021-2027. 3. The scope of the contract includes: 1) Stage I – preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction and expansion of building „A9” of the Wojewódzki Hospital im. Mikołaja Kopernika in Koszalin, including technical infrastructure, internal and external installations, and land development, based on the Functional-User Program (PFU) along with obtaining the required legal decisions and permits, including obtaining the final building permit; 2) Stage II – execution of construction works, based on the design documentation prepared in Stage I, along with obtaining the decision of the use permit.
