Information regarding the receipt of clarification requests and the transmission of responses to clarification requests: After the publication of the participation notice, tenderers may submit clarification requests to the section Details of the procedure/Questions. Responses to clarification requests shall be made in accordance with art 160-161 of Law 98/2016. - The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. - The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. A framework agreement for supply will be concluded for each of the 2 lots within the procedure. - Lot 1 - Complete for LEO satellite communications assurance in motion and in the maritime zone; - Lot 2 - Portable complete for LEO satellite communications assurance. Value (lei excl. VAT) of the estimated framework agreement: minimum 1,242,746.00 lei / maximum 5,292,654.00 lei. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: in principle, two or three per year. Estimated quantities for the framework agreement: - Lot 1 - Complete for LEO satellite communications assurance in motion and in the maritime zone: minimum 43 units / maximum 213 units; - Lot 2 - Portable complete for LEO satellite communications assurance: minimum 76 units / maximum 268 units. Minimum and maximum estimated quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: - Lot 1 - Complete for LEO satellite communications assurance in motion and in the maritime zone: minimum 1 unit / maximum 50 units; - Lot 2 - Portable complete for LEO satellite communications assurance: minimum 1 unit / maximum 50 units. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is expected to be awarded cf. art. 20 para. 8 lit. g) of HG 395/2016 is: - Lot 1 - Complete for LEO satellite communications assurance in motion and in the maritime zone: 741,700.00 lei excl. VAT; - Lot 2 - Portable complete for LEO satellite communications assurance: 397,950.00 lei excl. VAT.
