France – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – AMO – Accompagnement à l’élaboration du chapitre régional RUP de La Réunion dans le cadre du Plan Partenarial National et Régional (PPNR) de la période de programmation 2028-2034

The present consultation aims to carry out a mission to assist the contracting authority in terms of methodological support, strategic analysis and operational assistance, with the objective of, transversally:

- Supporting the development of regional priorities and intervention paths within the framework of preparing the regional chapter for Réunion, taking into account the new regulatory developments, in particular those related to the new payment method known as "payment by results".

- Facilitating the justification of intervention priorities and providing support for the construction of the indicator system with its targets, milestones and costing (cost determination) in order to enable the development of the measures and activities of the Réunion RUP Chapter, in line with national work.
