The present notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of § 130a para. 8 sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is addressed only to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 para. 18 of the German Medicines Act. This is not an Open Procedure according to § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119 para. 3 GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the amount of the discount. There can be an unlimited number of contractual partners, which can be pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 para. 18 of the German Medicines Act.
