The Immobilien- und Projektmanagementgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbH (IPS) is a wholly-owned company of the State of Saxony-Anhalt and was established on 30.11.2021. The State of Saxony-Anhalt has tasked the IPS with the planning, implementation and operation of state-important properties, primarily new construction projects of larger volumes (GNUE). In the present procedure, the new construction of a correctional facility at the Weißenfels location is concerned. Within the framework of this invitation to tender, the project management services for the aforementioned project are to be awarded. The assignment is made step-by-step / optionally. Initially, only Stage I - Project Preparation - will be assigned. There is no entitlement to the assignment of the further stages.
