The subject of the contract is the procurement of medical equipment and medical furniture necessary for the equipping of Buzău County Emergency Hospital, in order to support a complete medical flow, which includes the investigation and diagnosis of patients, monitoring and sustaining vital functions, applying treatment, performing surgical interventions, sterilising medical instruments, as well as ensuring the appropriate conditions for hospitalisation and transport. Specifically:

Patient transport trolley – 8 units;

Hydraulic transport stretcher – 1 unit;

Mobile biplanar C-Arm X-ray device – 1 unit;

Orthopedic drill and oscillating type motors – 2 units;

Surgical drill and oscillating motor – 1 unit;

Electrosurgical unit with argon – 1 unit;

Fixed digital radiological installation with a graphy and scoping station – 1 unit;

Mobile magnetic resonance imaging equipment – 1 unit;

Fixed digital radiological installation with a graphy station – 1 unit;

Mobile radiology device with C-arm and image intensifier – 1 unit;

Radiology device – 1 unit, in accordance with the terms of reference and its annexes. The implementation of the procurement will allow the adaptation of the medical infrastructure to the complexity and volume of the activities carried out, as well as to the evolution of technologies and applicable standards in the healthcare field. At the same time, the procurement aims to ensure the continuity of medical activities, improve patient and staff safety, optimise workflows and efficient use of available resources. The proposed equipment creates the conditions for providing high-performance and accessible medical services, adapted to the current needs of the population served by Buzău County Emergency Hospital. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests from interested economic operators with at most 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
