The planned building consists of halls for the sewage sludge upcycling plant and an administrative building. The hall is an L-shaped structure with a total length of 60.00 m and a width of 40.10 m. The hall is single-storey. The northern part of the hall, where the delivery is located, is partially basement. The ridge height of the shed roof is approx. 11.12 m. The long side of the hall has a shed roof height of approx. 16.20 m. In the south-western part of the hall there is a pellet heating system. The hall is executed in reinforced concrete frame construction with roof truss made of timber beams with sandwich panel. The total gross floor area of the hall is 1,642 m². In the south-west of the hall is the administrative building, which is separated by a fire wall. The administrative building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. It has a length of 15.19 m and a width of 9.89 m. The entire building is constructed in solid construction from reinforced concrete. The roof is constructed as a flat roof with parapet and bitumen waterproofing. The top floor, where living spaces are possible, is on average 3.21 m above ground level. The administrative building consists of one functional unit. The gross floor area of the administrative building is 151 m² height 7.00 m.
