Germany – Postal and telecommunications services – Provider Leistungen - Underlay

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for telecommunications services for the site networking of the Emschergenossenschaft / Lippeverband (EGLV). The scope of services includes Provider Underlay services, in particular the provision and operation of physical WAN access lines based on a classical WAN infrastructure. The use of SD WAN or Overlay components is excluded. Additionally, the contract includes proactive incident and line monitoring, especially for critical sites. The aim is to ensure a stable, secure and highly available operation of the site-crossing network infrastructure. The duration of the framework agreement is four years and can be optionally extended twice by two years each. During the maximum contract duration, individual call-offs can be ordered, whose durations are determined separately and, in individual cases, may exceed the end of the framework agreement.
