The subject of the procedure is the acquisition of a Traffic Signalling System, within the FAIRway Danube II project, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference – Section II of the award documentation. Lot 1 – Navigation Buoys – 9,246,431 lei, VAT excluded, Lot 2 – Monitoring Buoys – 3,946,005 lei, VAT excluded. The deadline for receiving clarification requests from potential tenderers regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests/information requests by the 12th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. In accordance with Article 29, paragraph 3 of the Annex to Government Decision No. 394/2016, the contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators up to the aforementioned deadline.
