Tampereen Infra Oy's procurement of group plants, spring primulas and autumn plants, grown, as well as grown and planted hanging plants. All plants delivered directly to the site. The procurement is divided into two sub-lots: Sub-lot 1: cultivation of group plants, cultivation and planting of hanging plants in pots. Sub-lot 2: spring primulas and autumn plants. Submissions are allowed. This means that the bidder can offer either both or only one of the sub-lots. Alternative and parallel bids are not allowed. The procurement exceeds the EU threshold for supplies. The estimated total value of the procurement is approximately 300 000 € (VAT 0%) including both sub-lots and a possible option period. The estimates are based on previous years' procurements. The procurement procedure is an open procedure according to section 32 of the Public Procurement Act.
