Contract for design and construction services for the project to rebuild the Saint-Symphorien-sur-Coise Hospital Centre, including the following functions:

• 90 EHPAD beds distributed in 3 units

• 60 SMR/Medicine beds distributed in 2 units (including 6 Medicine beds)

• 14 Day Hospital places

• 14 PASA places

• 10 Day Care places

• A Home Care Service

• A rehabilitation unit

• An internal-use pharmacy

• A relay kitchen (hot link) with catering service

• Related support and logistics functions (reception, administration, staff, etc.)
