Denmark – Construction work – Vrå Varmeværk - Etablering af ca. 5,2 MW luft/vand varmepumpeanlæg og bygning - Totalentreprise

The Contracting Authority wishes to receive tenders for the establishment of a complete air/water heat pump system ready for operation through this procurement. The heat pump system shall utilise exhaust air as a heat source and shall use the natural, non-toxic and non-flammable refrigerant, CO2. The heat pump system and all other components and equipment shall be integrated into a new building, included in this total enterprise. The building and all other systems and equipment shall be prepared for the establishment of +50% heat pump capacity, to be carried out either as an option or a future enterprise. The heat pump system, pumps, instrumentation and main and control panels shall be placed in a purposeful and operationally defensible manner. The building shall, in addition to the machine room, contain a garage, welfare room (office and toilet/bath) and a material hall. Furthermore, the Total Contractor in this total enterprise shall supply and establish a septic tank, water and electricity supply in accordance with enterprise boundaries, including the establishment of a coupling system and transformer capacity for the supply of the heat pump system. The work includes all services and related work in connection with the specified work, including, but not limited to, detailed design of the complete system, construction management, quality management, coordination with the Contracting Authority's suppliers and including the SRO supplier.
