The subject of the contract is the supply and implementation of a remote (mobile) radio system for reading water meters, which is part of the implementation of project no. FEMP.02.28-IZ.00-0202/25 entitled “Development and modernisation of water supply facilities in the municipality of Siepraw”, i.e. the task entitled “Replacement of water meters with a radio system” within the framework of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027, Priority: FEMP.02 European Funds for the Environment, Action: FEMP.02.28 Developing the water and sewerage management system – IIT OPK, Project type from the OPK: B. Increasing the efficiency of water supply systems and optimising water consumption, from the European Regional Development Fund. The system must provide the possibility of remote mobile reading of water meters using a radio communication module, a comprehensive IT environment for monitoring and recording data, and analysing the operation of measuring devices within the scope of data that can be obtained. The software must be ergonomic and intuitive to use, enable the creation of reports, analyses and visualisations of measurement data, and ensure integration with the existing and functioning bilingual system and databases in the municipality of Siepraw. 2. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) contains Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The conditions for the implementation of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract for the public contract, which will be incorporated into the contract for the public contract – Annex 2 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the subject of the contract for the following periods: 1) supplied water meters - 60 months, 2) supplied inductive radio covers - min. 60 months, 3) supplied communication modems (2 units) - 60 months, 4) supplied mobile devices for reading data (2 units of tablets or smartphones), portable computer (1 unit) - 24 months, 5) installation, integration, implementation and integration works - 60 months, 6) granted software licenses - 24 months. The warranty period for defects will be equal to the quality guarantee period granted by the Contractor. 5. The period of the quality guarantee granted by the Contractor (the period of the granted quality guarantee) will be counted from the date of signing by the Contracting Authority (without reservations) of the protocol referred to in § 2 para. 3 of Annex 2 to the SWZ. The period of the granted quality guarantee for inductive radio covers is a criterion for evaluating offers. 6. Place of implementation of the subject of the contract: Municipality of Siepraw.
