The Corporate Legal department consists of five corporate lawyers, a manager, and a secretary, and operates within a complex and dynamic working environment. The department is responsible for advising the management and internal departments on a wide range of legal issues and conducts -with or without the cooperation of external lawyers- legal procedures. The work focuses mainly on general private law, including contract law, IT and data law, public procurement law, and employment law, as well as administrative law, including the General Administrative Law Act and the Aviation Act. Corporate Legal provides advice both upon request and on its own initiative, thereby ensuring independent legal judgment and reporting directly to the CFO. Through this legal expertise, the department contributes to the realization of LVNL's strategic and operational objectives.
