Public service concession for the management of sanitation on the territory of GPSO - public service concession for the management of sanitation on the entire territory of the Public Territorial Establishment Grand Paris Seine Ouest and more specifically for the communes of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d'Avray. The consultation is subject to Articles L.14111 and following of the General Code of Local Authorities and L.11211, L.11213, L31001 and following and R.31111 and following of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The procedure is an open procedure: candidates are invited to submit their tender and their offer at the same time. The consultation is dematerialised. GPSO requires that offers be submitted electronically via the Maximilien platform (https://marches.maximilien.fr). In order to simplify the procedures for candidates, offers submitted on the Maximilien platform will not need to be signed electronically. By submitting its offer, the candidate confirms its intention to bid for the award of the contract. Additional information on the consultation documents requested in due time by the candidates will be communicated, via the platform, to all candidates who have retrieved a file and who have made themselves known.
