The subject of the procedure is post-warranty maintenance and supply of spare parts for the following needs and the following request from the Contracting Authority for Motor Vehicles, owned by TP DLS "Chepino": No. VID (LIGHT/GOODS, BRAND MODEL goods GREAT WALL HOVER H5 goods TOYOTA HILUX light TOYOTA RAV4 light, MITSUBISHI, PAJERO light, MITSUBISHI, L300 goods, FORD RANGER. The service includes the performance of technical maintenance and repair of the vehicle, as follows - full-service maintenance and periodicity, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the brand of vehicles. The contractor must provide a service base for the repair of the available vehicles and specialized equipment, managed by TP DLS "Chepino". Object of technical maintenance with motor vehicles, described in the Technical Specification – part of the documentation. Repair activities will be carried out as the need for technical maintenance arises. Technical maintenance of MPS – is carried out after a certain mileage, determined by the corporate standards of the manufacturer. The technical maintenance should include the replacement of filters (oil, air, pollen (when available), fuel filter) and oils, and the performance of checks and inspections of the systems, nodes and aggregates in order to ensure proper functioning. After the replacement of the filters and oil, the service counters of the vehicles, which have such, are reset. The checks and inspections of the systems, nodes and aggregates include: engine; exhaust system – exhaust manifold, mufflers, catalytic converter, rubber mounts; running gear, brake system and steering gear; clutch, differential and gearbox; electrical installation without radio equipment; air conditioning/automatic climate control. Current repair of MPS – is carried out when a need is established as a result of technical maintenance or periodic technical inspection. Preventive maintenance - periodic technical inspections of MPS according to a schedule agreed with the Contracting Authority – are carried out to establish the results of the main nodes and systems ensuring the safety of the movement of the vehicles; If necessary, as a result of the above activities, delivery and installation of original, new and unused spare parts, materials and consumables.
