Romania – Substation equipment – Echipamente necesare pentru lucrǎrile de modernizare a Sistemului de Tratare Neutru din staţiile de transformare_4 Loturi

The procurement concerns the supply of "Equipment necessary for the modernization works of the Neutral Treatment System in the transformer stations_4 Lots" in accordance with the Terms of Reference and its Annexes. Lot 1: Drying coils Lot 2: Internal service transformers Lot 3: Neutral treatment resistance Lot 4: 36 kV monopolar external separator. Contract Duration, for each lot separately: 24 months. The technical requirements defined at the level of the participation notice, the Terms of Reference or other complementary documents, by referring to standards, to a specific manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/provision/execution, will be understood as being accompanied by the mention "or equivalent". Any request for clarifications must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitație.ro/pub). Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the period provided for in the participation notice, the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set in the Participation Notice for the submission of tenders in accordance with article 173(1) of Law 99/2016 and article 29(3) of HG 394/2016. The Contracting Entity is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications received after the specified deadline. All responses to requested clarifications will be available to any interested Economic Operator by accessing the "LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS" section from the Participation Notice associated with this procedure through SEAP, using the interface: http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub. If necessary, the Contracting Entity may modify the content of the Award Documentation by issuing an Amendment to the Award Documentation. Modifications may be issued at any time before the deadline for receipt of Tenders, but the Contracting Entity will allow, if necessary, a sufficient time interval for interested Economic Operators to prepare their Tenders, by extending the deadline for receipt of Tenders.
