With this call for tenders, the Procurement Services of the City of Rovaniemi invites tenders for services related to the maintenance of the ventilation ducts of the properties of the City of Rovaniemi's Temporary Service Centre. The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas:

- Sub-area 1: Ventilation works

- Sub-area 2: Cleaning and de-greasing of ventilation ducts

- Sub-area 3: Ventilation regulation works

A more detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in this call for tenders as well as in the attachments "Description of the subject of the procurement" and "Cleaning and regulation instructions". As a result of the tendering process, a framework agreement will be established for each sub-area between the purchaser and the selected suppliers. The order of precedence is described in more detail in the contract and in the attachment "Order of precedence". The contract period is fixed for four (4) years.
