The subject of the procurement are VTT's change management and change communication services, with which:

• the organisation's strategy and culture are supported and strengthened

• a change process that is understandable and led is created

• people are committed to the change.

The services include the development, planning and implementation of change management and/or communication, together with VTT's responsible persons. This may be a single project or a broader change programme, the aim of which is to strengthen VTT's strategy, culture or the development of operations.
