Netherlands – Construction work for buildings relating to education and research – Nieuwbouw IKC Het Veen te Nieuwveen (uitvoeringsopdracht)

The Contracting Authority is looking for Contractors capable of realising the lot for the Integral Kind Centre, (hereafter IKC), based on a traditional execution contract (UAV 2012). The works related to the realisation of the project ‘New Construction IKC Het Veen in Nieuwveen’ will include, among others: ▪ Architectural works IKC (plot 1); ▪ Electrical works IKC (plot 2); ▪ Mechanical works IKC (plot 2). In Nieuwveen, a new IKC Het Veen will be built to replace the two locations of SWS De Veenvogel and the Ringkant. The plot size is approximately 9,591 m2. On this plot, the new construction will be realised, consisting of: • New construction SWS De Veenvogel, 2,162 m2 gfa; • New construction Stichting Kinderopvang Liemeer, 539 m2 gfa; • New construction sports hall consisting of 2 gymnastics rooms and related functions, 1,000 m2 gfa; • Multifunctional space, 170 m2 gfa; • Outdoor space 852 m2.
