The consultation will result in a mixed-price framework agreement. - The fixed-price part will include the setup and day-to-day management of the mediation agents' system. - The unit-price part will include the additional hours worked by the mediation team's agents. Pursuant to articles R 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R 2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code, additional services are handled at unit prices based on the Unit Price Schedules submitted and the quantities actually performed. These services will be the subject of quotes and purchase orders.
