Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg i ulic gminnych na terenie miasta i gminy Choroszcz w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027 na zadanie nr 1, 2, 3 i 4

The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of roads and streets in the city and municipality of Choroszcz during the 2026/2027 winter season for tasks 1, 2, 3 and 4. The Purchaser has divided the subject of the contract into four tasks covering individual designated areas of the municipality. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract: 1. Snow removal on roads and streets in the city and municipality of Choroszcz in accordance with the attached list of roads and streets of the I and II order of snow removal and specified snow removal standards - the estimated quantity is in: 1.1 in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2026 at 24.00 - task 1 - 150 hours, - task 2 - 180 hours, - task 3 - 150 hours. - task 4 - 100 hours. 1.2 in the period from 01.01.2027 at 00.00 to 7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract - task 1 - 170 hours, - task 2 - 230 hours, - task 3 - 190 hours. - task 4 - 140 hours. a) municipal, according to the attached maps and lists – roads and streets – of the city and municipality of Choroszcz - attachments 10 – 16 to the Specifications of the Contract Terms, hereinafter also referred to as SWZ; 2. Winter slip control - the estimated quantity is in: 2.1 in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2026 at 24.00 - task 1 - 110 hours, - task 2 - 100 hours, - task 3 - 120 hours. - task 4 - 80 hours. 2.2 in the period from 01.01.2027 at 00.00 to 7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract - task 1 - 140 hours, - task 2 - 120 hours, - task 3 - 140 hours. - task 4 - 100 hours. a) by spreading 20% sand-salt mixture - the estimated quantity of the mixture is in: 2.1 in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2026 at 24.00 - task 1 - 140 m3, - task 2 – 180 m3, - task 3 - 160 m3. - task 4 - 100 m3. 2.2 in the period from 01.01.2027 at 00.00 to 7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract - task 1 - 170 m3, - task 2 – 240 m3, - task 3 - 190 m3. - task 4 - 140 m3. b) by spreading sand - the estimated quantity of sand is in: 2.1 in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2026 at 24.00 - task 1 - 80 m3, - task 2 – 80 m3, - task 3 - 100 m3. - task 4 - 100 m3. 2.2 in the period from 01.01.2027 at 00.00 to 7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract - task 1 - 100 m3, - task 2 – 100 m3, - task 3 - 120 m3. - task 4 - 140 m3. c) according to specified standards and order of road maintenance - municipal, according to the attached maps and lists – roads and streets – of the city and municipality of Choroszcz - attachments 10 – 16 to SWZ; 3. Removal of accumulated snow from the areas of roads, streets, squares, and parks indicated by the Purchaser – on each request of the Purchaser (note: ensuring a place for storing the removed snow is the responsibility of the Contractor) the estimated quantity is in: 3.1 in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2026 at 24.00 - task 1 - 30 hours, - task 2 – 50 hours, - task 3 - 40 hours. - task 4 - 30 hours. 3.2 in the period from 01.01.2027 at 00.00 to 7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract - task 1 - 50 hours, - task 2 – 70 hours, - task 3 - 60 hours. - task 4 - 50 hours. The aforementioned quantities are estimated quantities serving to evaluate offers. The Purchaser reserves the right to change the quantities of individual types of services during the service implementation period depending on weather conditions, which cannot be predicted on the day of publication of the subject of the procedure. a) The Contractor is obligated to perform the works specified in points: 1 and 2 with particular care and diligence in their execution on time in the areas of bridges, viaducts, culverts, bus loops and bays, road and street sections in the areas of bus stops, public transport routes, routes of school buses, road sections passing through forest areas, road and street sections with a longitudinal slope greater than 4% (especially areas of vertical curves), road and street sections with a transverse slope greater than 2% (especially areas of horizontal curves), intersection areas (including their areas of influence). The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the contract have been specified in the Contract Project constituting Attachment No. 3 to SWZ.
