The contract includes the complete study assignment, the supervision of the works and collaboration in the provisional and final delivery for the construction of a new daycare centre with outdoor facilities. Design of the entire park with parking, detailed cost estimate, preparation of the environmental permit application, delivery of all data required for the preparation and completion of the VIPA dossier, execution and implementation of technical studies (stability and techniques, EPB), preparation of the measurement plan with necessary measurements, demolition follow-up plan and standard technical report, and safety coordination are part of the contract and are included in the fee.
