The project at the Klärwerk II - Gut Marienhof involves the structural renovation of the existing administrative building and the construction of a modern operations building. A key requirement throughout the planning process is the strict maintenance of ongoing plant operations, which necessitates detailed construction scheduling concepts and proactive interface coordination. The project also includes the planning of a new central control room. As this control centre forms the operational hub of the facility, it is subject to stringent requirements for Critical Infrastructures (KRITIS), necessitating high standards for object security, redundancy, and fail-safety. The scope of services for this tender covers the preliminary studies and preliminary design, specifically the HOAI phases 1 and 2. The task package includes the performance spectrum of building design for buildings and interior spaces, as well as the specialist planning in the areas of structural design and technical equipment. Furthermore, the performance spectra for the external facilities and structural fire protection are part of the contract. Additionally, investigations for necessary demolition work, the architectural design of the buildings, and overall project coordination are among the tasks.
