Replacement of several copiers due to the expiry of certain maintenance contracts and the obsolescence of certain machines, as well as the reorganisation of municipal services (replacements + equipment for new posts) + stock for replacement of obsolete printers. Primarily motivated by economic and ecological reasons, the minimum duration of the copy maintenance contracts is 7 years minimum for Lots 1 to 4. However, if technical, organisational, technical or ecological developments justify it, the contracting authority may alone terminate the contract from the 13th month of execution. A drastic reduction in the cost per copy could justify a waiver.
