The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive insurance services for the City of Nowy Sącz and its organizational units, which includes civil liability insurance, property insurance, transport insurance and insurance for buildings under construction. The contracting authority divides the contract into 3 parts, hereinafter referred to as “Tasks”:

1. Task I - Civil liability insurance and property insurance

2. Task II - Transport insurance

3. Task III - Insurance for buildings under construction

The detailed scope of the contract, as defined in Annex 1 “Detailed description of the subject of the contract” to the SWZ.
