The subject of the public contracts to be awarded in the established DNS will be the processing of documentation for the demolition of buildings (structures) in the former areas of black coal mines of the Karviná branch, including the provision of a legally binding decision on the permit for the demolition of the building in accordance with § 249 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended.
