The subject of the contract is: the preparation of multi-disciplinary design and cost documentation for the residential estate of Gdańskie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego sp. z o.o., comprehensive development of the land plots no. 31/4, 33/3 and 34/1, parcel 48 Szadółki in Gdańsk, in the area of Stężycka Street, preparation of multi-disciplinary design and cost documentation for the public road, access to the residential and commercial investment area – the above-described estate of GTBS, on the land plots no. 34/4, 34/5 and 34/6, parcel 48 Szadółki in Gdańsk, in the area of Stężycka Street, obtaining building permits for the investments covered by the above projects along with all documents and agreements necessary to obtain the above building permits, providing author's supervision during the implementation of the investments covered by the carried out projects.
