Servicemægleren A/S is pleased to assist EUC Syd (hereafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority") with the above-mentioned tender for cleaning. This is a retender based on the previous notice regarding this cleaning contract, with notice ID: 5b62ab6bc-24fb-4881-aecf-e63c47cd3129 and notice number 169057-2026. The task involves scheduled cleaning of teaching facilities, common areas, offices and similar at EUC Syd located at the following addresses:

Lundsbjerg Industrivej 50, 6200 Aabenraa (Campus Aabenraa)

Christen Kolds Vej 20, 6100 Haderslev (Campus Haderslev)

Christen Kolds Vej 18, 6100 Haderslev (Campus Haderslev)

The scope of the cleaning task and the m2 cleaning area are further described in the building and room lists with accompanying drawings (Annex C and C1). Specification of the scope of the cleaning task as well as execution, and special conditions for the individual addresses appear from Annex B - Specification of Requirements.
