The Concession has as its object the construction and operation of a nautical-sports facility in the West Zone of the Marina del Cantábrico basin for the provision of mooring management services for sports and recreational boats, land and facility management for the supply of fuel to boats, water and electricity supply, waste and residue reception and other complementary services, as defined in the Tender Documents.
