The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a, paragraph 8 of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance(s) within the framework of a so-called "Open-House Procedure". With the stipulation of uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount contract in accordance with Section 130a, paragraph 8 of the SGB V for the active substance(s) specified in the invitation to tender.
