Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Planungsleistungen für den Ersatzneubau der Brücke Sodinger Straße

The subject of the contract is planning services for the construction of the Sodinger Straße bridge for the service images of civil engineering structures § 43 ff. HOAI 2021 (performance phase 1 9) and structural design § 51 ff. HOAI 2021 (performance phase 1 6). The planning services are to be provided using the BIM methodology in accordance with the client information requirements (AIA) and the BIM implementation plan (BAP). The Sodinger Straße in Herne crosses the Landwehrbach at km 2.69. The structure was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The structure consists of two adjacent culverts, a dry-weather channel and a flood overflow. The length of the culvert is 43.4 m. The dry-weather channel is a spun concrete pipe with a diameter of 1.4 m. The flood overflow is a 5.5 m wide rectangular cross-section. In 2023, the bridge underwent a main inspection, which was completed with a condition rating of 3.4. Therefore, the structure is to be completely renewed.
