France – Forest monitoring or evaluation services – Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage et surveillance dans les ENS forêts départementales 2027-2031

The framework agreement 2027-2031, which is the subject of this consultation, concerns the 7 ENS forest properties in the Loire department. It comprises 3 missions:

- 1 - Assistance to the client for externalised interventions, which are entrusted to companies within the framework of public works contracts in the departmental ENS forests.

- 2 - Assistance to the client for internalised interventions of the Departmental Territorial Services (STD) in the departmental ENS forests.

- 3 - Mission of monitoring departmental ENS forests.

The consultation is carried out by means of a single-award framework agreement executed by purchase orders with a minimum annual amount of 20 000 euros (excl. VAT) and a maximum annual amount of 70 000 euros (excl. VAT). The estimated start date for the services is 04/01/2027.
